Information we may collect

When you contact us, we may receive your name, company name, email address, telephone number, delivery location, product and volume requirements, preferred timing and any information you include in your message.

Our hosting and security services may also process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages requested and security logs.

How the enquiry form and calculator work

The fuel calculator runs in your browser. Its inputs are not sent to Henjen unless you choose to include the result in an enquiry.

The quotation form prepares an email using the details you enter. When you submit it, your email application or provider handles the transmission to Henjen. Please do not include sensitive personal information that is not required for your enquiry.

These parties receive only the information reasonably needed for their role. Henjen does not sell or rent personal information for advertising.

The website may use essential storage or technical services required for security and reliable delivery of pages. We do not currently use advertising cookies. Links to third-party websites are governed by those parties' own privacy terms.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected, legitimate business records, dispute resolution or applicable legal requirements.

We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No internet transmission or storage method can, however, be guaranteed completely secure.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask whether we hold personal information about you, request access or correction, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or request deletion where there is no lawful reason for continued retention.
